A ‘Custom Made’ order is any product that needs to be specially ordered in a covering, material or finish , either leather or fabric. A Custom made order will always require a longer lead time in which the products need to be specially made and imported. The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:
A minimum deposit of 30% of the total purchase price is required on any “To Be Ordered” or “Custom Made Orders”. Custom made orders can be classified as any product which requires it to be specifically ordered and made to an individual customer specification. This includes a specific colour or size other than what is displayed online. (a) The goods the purchaser has ordered will be made specially for the purchaser. (b) MAF Solution Pte Ltd will not commence making the goods until a minimum 30% deposit is received. (c) The purchaser is not entitled to a refund on any custom made order. (d) A custom made order cannot be cancelled or varied after 3 days from the date of order. (e) MAF Solution Pte Ltd will endeavour to deliver your custom made order in the delivery period estimated.
Please choose the Products carefully before making an order as we do not allow any refund or exchange should you change your mind, make a wrong selection or the Products did not meet your expectations. We recommend that you check any proposed orders online on the checkout page before purchasing the Products.
You may cancel your order within 2 weeks from your order date, cancellation of order will not be allowed as our factory has commenced the manufacture of the Products in your order.
Should you choose to cancel your order within 2 weeks from your order date, MAF Solution Pte Ltd will rescind the contract for sale of the Products in writing to you and it is hereby agreed that:
(a) Items with deposit: you shall forfeit the Deposit paid by you in favour of MAF Solution Pte Ltd as payment for all administrative costs and expenses incurred by MAF Solution Pte Ltd in handling and cancelling the order;
(b) Items paid in full: 50% of the item cost will be refunded to you.
(c) MAF Solution Pte Ltd shall be at liberty to sell or otherwise deal with or dispose of the Products in such manner as MAF Solution Pte Ltd deems fit in its sole discretion; and
(d) you shall have no further claims and/or demands against MAF Solution Pte Ltd for the Products and the Deposit.
